Not often in the world of business will you find a speaker with the experience of Maria Moss, who dedicates her time and talent to help individuals around the world find their “magic” -- That perfect mix of passion and skill to help propel them towards the future of their dreams.

Maria believes we all have a story that gives us a glimpse of who we truly are and what we are destined to become. With that philosophy as the foundation, she uses her life as an example to skillfully help others along in their journeys.

Having thrived through various hardships, including being a teen mom, being laid off from her dream job and starting a business while finishing an MBA program, Maria has developed skills around tenacity, reinvigoration, and acceleration to name a few. These skills have afforded her amazing opportunities and experiences such as traveling the world supporting global Executive Leadership programs, while simultaneously being able to be more present than ever for her husband and four daughters.

In addition to running her own training consulting firm, Phoenix Leadership Solutions, LLC, Maria also serves as a Master Trainer for Crucial Learning (formerly VItalSmarts). She is also part-time faculty with FranklinCovey Education and the American Management Association. She has also supported leadership development programs in various major corporations such as Gulfstream Aerospace, United Way of the Coastal Empire, General Dynamics and several Federal Government agencies to name a few.

Maria’s speaking style is personable and relatable. She relies on stories and real-life examples to assist with skill acquisition, understanding and application. She provides a safe and relaxed environment yet infuses the sessions with fun and highly engaging content.

    Drawing on more than a decade of training and leadership development experience, and several decades of life experience, Maria delivers keynotes that will stay with your audiences for years to come.

    Her goal is not only to entertain, encourage and uplift these audiences -- Maria also wants to make sure they walk away with clear next steps towards their goals. This ensures that not only will they be motivated to change, but they will also have clear tools and steps to facilitate those changes.

  • Training Workshops

    Through her training consulting firm, Phoenix Leadership Solutions, Maria and her team are able to design, develop and facilitate classroom-based and e-learning programs to help empower leaders to their full potential. We work with organizations of all sizes and across all industries, from non-profit to government, to improve business results through developing people!

  • Coaching Sessions

    Maria has a passion for coaching, which provides for a more focused opportunity to improve relationships, careers, and often the day-to-day life of her clients. Focusing on your unique gifts, or “magic” as she likes to call them, Maria helps you outline goals, get a clear picture of the potential barriers to achieving those goals, and then develop the strategies that will allow you to remove those barriers from your path. She is available for small group and individual coaching sessions.
